Shipping Information

We provide super fast shipping around Australia for all of our electronic cigarette & e-liquid products, so you’re sure to receive your items lighting fast! We aim to ship your order within 24 hours and use Australia Post to ship all items.
All orders received before 2:00pm (Melbourne time) Monday to Friday will be shipped that same business day, all orders made after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Australia Post Express service generally arrives the next business day or within 2 days if you are located within the Express Post network.
All orders have proof of postage so that you can track your parcel’s progress and a signature will be required on delivery.
Australia Post is a simple and cost-effective delivery service that you can rely on.

We can not leave specific information for Australia Post as to where to leave your parcel.

Choosing an option that does not require a signature upon delivery will give Australia Post the authority to leave the parcel in a secure location. We will NOT be liable for packages that go missing if this method is chosen.

Return to Sender packages incur a $10 charge from Australia Post. Should you provide an incorrect address, or fail to collect your package you will be liable for this $10 charge plus the re-shipment fee to ship your order out again. For this reason, please ensure your shipping address details are correct and you collect your package in a timely manner.
 

Flat Rate Shipping Fee Australia Wide

Our flat rate shipping fee is only $10. This is for express and regular post shipping with tracking and signature requirement on delivery within Australia. You will receive a tracking number via email, tracking numbers are also provided at request.
 

Australia Shipping Special

Take advantage of our shipping special. All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping within Australia.
 

Electronic Cigarette Batteries

All electronic cigarette batteries will be shipped via express post within Victoria only, orders will generally arrive the next business day or within 2 days if you are located within the Express Post network.
All other states in Australia will receive regular post shipping with tracking (only if batteries are included in your order). Parcels containing batteries will only be transported by road, this can take 1-14 days.
 

E-Liquid & Accessories

All e-liquid and accessories (not including batteries) will be shipped via Express Post (with tracking) so you should receive them the following business day or within 2 days of purchase provided you are located within the Express Post network.
 

Please be advised:

Lithium batteries can not be sent via Express Post Airmail.
All lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be carried by air.
Australia Post cannot accept lithium batteries or devices containing lithium batteries for mailing overseas or for domestic air carriage. Parcels containing these items will only be transported by road, this can take 1-14 days to arrive.
Any tracking numbers provided to Ecig Life by Australia Post can be provided to you via email to your nominated email account. Please contact us for tracking numbers.

Once items have been shipped we are no longer responsible for packages which may go missing or are damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery but we are in no way obligated to replace an order should Australia Post lose, damage or fail to deliver your package. We are not responsible for any damage to items caused by Australia Post or our International carriers. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit but beyond that any damage caused is beyond our control.

We do not profit from and charge to the extreme for postage and postal services.

International Shipping

We welcome international customers to purchase from our website. All items except batteries or products containing batteries will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. We do NOT ship batteries or products containing batteries internationally. Please contact us for shipping prices.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

International customers please note that batteries and products containing batteries will incur an additional shipping fee. Due to Australia Post shipping policies Australia Post cannot accept lithium batteries or devices containing lithium batteries for mailing overseas therefore we are required to use international couriers which are more expensive. International orders containing electronic cigarette batteries can be sent via our international shipping service which will include a tracking number. Packages are limited to 1Kg. International customers are advised to contact us for shipping costs prior to purchasing any product that contain batteries.
Postage time frames for International Shipping may vary depending on the country that you reside. All customs and import duties imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the customs service of your country requests a payment of Duty or Tax prior to the delivery of your package, this cost is to be borne by you. We take no responsibility with any customs or tax issues once the parcel has been shipped by us.
